Who We Are

Our Story

The Valley of Reading is comprised of four bodies: Lodge of Perfection, Council of Princes of Jerusalem, Knights of Rose Croix and Consistory. We have various special interest clubs, a volunteer organization and two honorary groups to honor members who have made special contributions to the Valley and Freemasonry.

Illustrious Brother Robert J. Hoyes is a Past Master of Chandler Lodge No. 227, Past Most Wise Master of Francis Merion Highley Chapter Knights of Rose Croix, Valley of Reading, Member of Quatuor Coronati Lodge No, 2076, and Member of the Rajah Shrine.  Illustrious Brother Hoyas was coroneted an honorary member of the Supreme Council, 33° degree In Washington, DC. He lives in West Lawn, Pa
