Good Afternoon Cedars and Friends. Below are two links. The first is to our September - Dec 2020 Cedar Knot. Please read the message from GTC Ed as he covers some of the changes. Most time sensitive is the announcement that we will be having a September meeting and dinner, Tues Sept 22nd at 630pm at Enck’s Banquet Facility in Manheim, PA. The second document is a few proposed changes to our by-laws that we’ll be voting on at our NOVEMBER meeting. That allows time in Sept and October for any discussion by the membership. The highlights of the changes are we are seeking to lower the quorum at meetings and Eboards to Five members. There’s also a proposal to to amend the bylaws to allow a combined Scribe/Treasurer position if we cannot fill one of the roles.
