2020 Convention in Wildwood NJ

The annual convention in Wildwood NJ is May 8, 9 and 10th. Lancaster Forest, York Forest, and Quittie will be staying at The Gondolier Motel, 5701 Ocean Ave, Wildwood Crest NJ, 08260. (609) 729-0999. We have negotiated a room rate of $60.00 per night.

Lancaster Forest members and guests need to register through Scribe Pete Ruggieri and he will collect a $60 deposit for the hotel room, a $10 hospitality room contribution, and the $20 registration fee for the Convention. So for a solo Cedar staying in his own room he's pay $60+20+10=$90. Rooms with two persons will pay $60+20+20+10+10=$120. Make checks payable to Lancaster Forest and give them to the Scribe.

Other activities like the Friday Mens or Ladies Luncheons, the Closing Dinner Gala, etc. need to be reserved through Supreme Council directly. Here are links to all of the forms needed:
